My pumpkin soup. Super easy. Cup the pumpkin, add some stock and water and let it go. But it doesn't stop there. Once it starts boiling, the job of cleaning the seeds comes next. I let them dry over night, coat them in sugar and spice and eat them as snacks for the next few days. And what's left over goes to the compost. It will eventually go to make more fruit and veggies when its ready. 1 pumpkin, 3 uses, nothing goes to waste.
