Those are tiny Styrofoam beads, and that was one tiny patch. They were literally up the whole street... in this density, wherever there was something to catch them
My gut feeling said that a bean bag exploded.
The reason I'm feeling useless though is because as I was walking along there was absolutely no way that I would be able to pick up every single one. Its like when you drop glitter. So I felt useless because no only could I not pick up every piece, I know that no one else will either. And that is a lot of turtles that will swallow these beads. It just makes me so depressed!
