Its Halloween and by pure coincidence only, I'm making pumpkin seed snacks. We had soup yesterday. I dried them over night and tonight I made them.

But I don't use ginger, that stuff is gross.
And this time, I threw all the sugar into the pan at the same time and made them more like caramel balls of yummy seeds (we shall see how that goes).
I use fresh seeds leftover from the pumpkin. I had a friend try the recipe with the brought ones and it wasn't as good.
